Mission
Our purpose is to provide the legal community and all persons interested in law-related research free access to legal information services. The public is invited to take advantage of our facility for in-library research during office hours. Our goal is to provide our patrons with accurate up-to-date legal information.

Library materials may not be checked out or removed from the library
Public Access Computers
Computer workstations are available for legal research. In addition to Westlaw Patron Access for federal and all state cases and codes, public computers provide word processing software. Westlaw searches are free. Selected Georgia general forms and form packets with fill-in capabilities are also available.
Service and Materials
The Library prides itself on its helpful and skilled staff. We will be happy to help patrons locate and use library materials or refer you to the appropriate sources but are not permitted to provide legal advice, interpret any documents, fill out forms, or perform any services that might constitute the unauthorized practice of law. Presently The Muscogee County Law Library's print collection includes publications of or for special use in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Muscogee County. Publications concerned with federal law and general United States publications are also housed in the library.
Free WiFi access for your personal laptop computer is provided.
